What we collect
We keep collection minimal. The marketing site uses no analytics or third-party tracking. When you submit the form on /book, we store the name, email, company, and message you provided. That’s it.
How we use it
Form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry and to improve how we explain what Raptly does. We don’t sell, rent, or trade your data, and we don’t use it to train models.
How we store it
Form data is written to our UK Supabase control plane, encrypted at rest and in transit. Customer workloads run on region-pinned data planes in Canada or Australia depending on where the customer is based — your data stays in its region.
Your rights
Under GDPR, UK GDPR, and Australian privacy law, you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@raptly.net and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We don’t track you across the web. The marketing site currently uses no cookies and no analytics scripts. If that changes, we’ll update this page and add a consent banner before the first non-essential cookie is set.
